On Friday 7 July, any unclaimed items will be passed on to the Municipality of Rotselaar, available via verlorenvoorwerpen@rotselaar.be.

In collaboration with Inter, Live Nation puts in a great effort to make the concert accessible to the disabled. So we have paid a lot of attention to the accessibility of the concert site and its surroundings:

  • There is an alternative, accessible and less crowded entrance for people with a disability. One person is allowed to accompany him/her through this entrance.
  • Near the Main Stage, we provide a viewing platform for wheelchair users, people with crutches... with a grandstand view of the performing artists. Specific tickets are required for people using the platform near the Main Stage. Read more on that here.
  • Adapted toilets are situated in locations all over the concert site.
  • Specific parking spaces are provided. To use the ADD parking, you'll need to purchase a parking ticket in advance. It's no longer possible to pay the amount in cash on the spot. Capacity is limited - please request your reserved parking space in advance through the form below. Inter will keep you posted on the next steps.
  • If you wish to bring a folding chair because of your disability or another health issue, you'll also need a pass to bring this. Please ask Inter for this pass in advance.
  • During the concert, you can always call on ADD staff for assistance, free of charge. This may include: toilet, moving and eating assistance, etc. Do not hesitate to talk to an ADD assistant, whenever you require assistance. You can find them on the concert site (at the viewing platforms).
  • For people with hearing aids, we are once again setting up audio frequency induction loops. By switching your hearing aid to the “T” position, you will enjoy much better sound quality and much less ambient noise. Close to the wheelchair platform, we provide an audio frequency induction loop. For more information, turn to the licensed carers who are offering assistance at the wheelchair stage.
  • Pets are not allowed in, except for assistance dogs (either or not in training) for people with a disability.

Please make your request for all necessary facilities before 26 May 2023, through this form (available on 1 September).

Get in touch with Inter on HarryStyles@inter.vlaanderen for additional questions.

Together with midwife Hanne, we are making an extra effort to offer breastfeeding mothers some more comfort in the Festival Park. If you are breastfeeding and would like to pump your milk on the festival site, you can do so in a special tent. The Milk Factory is located near North West Walls.

In The Milk Factory tent you'll find all the necessary facilities to pump discreetly, to clean your pump afterwards and to safely store your material in a locker. The pumped milk can be stored in the fridge of the pump bar until the end of the festival day. Bring your own: pump, bags, bottles, etc.

Small simple devices without a detachable lens and smartphones are allowed. Professional sound, film, video, and photo equipment are not allowed as well as accessories such as tripods, tripods, selfie sticks, Gopro mounts, etc.

Yes, folding chairs with a maximum height of 50cm are allowed in the Festival Park. (Example).

How to get there?

Important: Tonight, after Harry’s show, ALL road to Werchter and Haacht will be closed off, and can’t be reached until everybody has left, and all the parking lots have emptied. We strongly advise fans who have been dropped off in Werchter or Haacht during the day, to get on the shuttle bus to Leuven, and to meet their driver at the Kiss & Ride at Leuven Station.

We recommend travelling to and from the festival using public transport. Take the train to Leuven. From Leuven station, De Lijn shuttle buses will transport you quickly and safely to Werchter.

Night trains will not be in service following the concert. After all, there are sufficient regular trains leaving for various destinations from Leuven station until late in the night. You can find all the information on the NMBS/SNCB website.

Season tickets and other tickets are not valid on the shuttle buses. You can find all the information here.

The healthiest and most environmentally friendly method of traveling to the festival is by bicycle!

Avoid any traffic jams to Werchter by hopping on your bike. Various cycling routes take you to the festival, from the directions of Leuven, Mechelen, Heist-op-den-Berg, and Aarschot.

Near the festival, you can store your bike free of charge in one of our three permanently supervised bicycle parks:

You would like to cycle to Werchter, but the distance is a bit too much? Choose park & bike! Put your bicycle in or on your vehicle, and park at one of the free parksites located a bit further away from the festival. Continue your journey by bicycle, and leave it at one of the guarded bicycle parks near the festival.

You will find a P+B car park in each of the three municipalities surrounding the Festivalpark, within a 15-minute bike ride of the nearest bicycle park. Find their exact locations via these links:

Buy your parking ticket in advance from Ticketmaster and guarantee your place in one of the car parks around the Festivalpark. There are several car parks spread across 3 zones in the vicinity of the Festivalpark.

(SOLD OUT) PINK Zone: the most suitable zone from the E314 coming from Brussels, Leuven or France

Important: do not use your GPS, but scan the QR code (Waze & Google Maps) on your parking ticket for the recommended route to your car park.

⚠️ Alcohol and driving is a no go. If you’re driving, you’re not drinking. If you are travelling in the car with friends appoint a designated driver in advance. More: www.bob.be

At the festivalpark

Lost your keys, wallet, phone? It’s never pleasant, but it can happen. Any lost items are stored at the info stand. Have you found something yourself? Take it to the info stand.

Our Lost & Found service is available until Thursday 6 July via lostandfound@rockwerchter.be
On Friday 7 July, any unclaimed items will be passed on to the Municipality of Rotselaar, available via verlorenvoorwerpen@rotselaar.be.

If you have a ‘Pods’-type ticket, then you have access to one of the three zones at the front: Bishopsgate, Jonny’s Place or Hollywood. After scanning your ticket, you will receive a wristband for the relevant zone. Holders of front circle tickets will receive a separate wristband. Without the wristband you receive after the ticket scan, you cannot access these zones.

For many years, we have been able to offer a broad and particularly varied offering of food and drink in the Festivalpark. There’s something for everyone. There are healthy salads, delicious pasta dishes, Asian dishes, pizza, premium burgers, crispy filled rolls, wraps, wok dishes, healthy smoothies, fruit and more. There are vegetarian and gluten-free options. The drink stands – throughout the festival site – serve beer and soft drinks. Specialist stands also serve coffee, milk, fruit juices and wine. You pay cashless at the food and drink stands using Coins. Every food stand has its own allergies chart.

Good to know: Because we think it’s important that concertgoers drink plenty of water, 1 Coin gets you 50cl Spa Reine. We advise you to drink extra water during hot weather. Free drinking water is always available in the Festivalpark. There are drinking water taps at all sanitary facilities.

Alcoholic drinks must not be served, offered or sold to young people under the age of 16. This is the law, which we comply with in Werchter. If you are older than 16, you must know that you may not buy alcoholic drinks or offer them to those under the age of 16. The limit is 18 years for drinks that contain more than 1,2% distilled alcohol (e.g. cocktails, gin & tonic, etc.).

In the Festivalpark we pay cashless for food and drinks with Coins (more info further under 'cashless'). You will be given an (unloaded) payment card at the entrance. You can load this with Coins which you can use to pay in the Festivalpark. You can load coins onto your card at the top-up booths or by scanning a QR code with a smartphone. Each Coin costs 3.50 euros.

Our first priority is the safety of concertgoers, artists and crew, workers and local residents. We maintain a strict safety policy. In the lead-up to festivals and other events in Werchter, we regularly meet with local and federal police and local and provincial authorities. A whole set of measures apply. More information and a list of prohibited items can be found HERE.

Other important points:

  • Lighting fires is strictly prohibited in the Festivalpark.
  • By entering the Festivalpark you give express consent to the possibility of being included in any film, photographic, audio or audio-visual recording of any kind, and that this may be used in any media for any purpose at any time and place. This includes video recordings by police or security which may be used for the purpose of consumer safety or combating crime.
  • By entering the site you agree to the festival’s terms and conditions of sale
  • Pets are not permitted. However, an exception is made for assistance dogs (and assistance dogs in training) for people with disabilities.

Think green. Keep the Festivalpark tidy. We are deploying extra sorting staff. We are grateful to you for putting rubbish in the right bin straight away. There are more bins than ever. If you hand in 15 RPET glasses or RPET bottles to a recycle/return stand, you will receive a free Coin in exchange.

Would you like to find out more about all the sustainable initiatives the organiser is taking? Read all about this and more here.

Official Harry Styles merchandising is available in the Festivalpark. There is a large Harry Styles merchandise stand in The Hive, in the blue zone. Convenient for those walking from the bus towards the Festivalpark or those parking in the blue zone. Don’t buy artist merch from street vendors.

If you want to lock your personal items away safely, you can use our lockers. The lockers are located just outside the main entrance. No deposit is required to use the lockers.

The following sizes are available:

  • Small (15x30x40cm) – rental fee €6/day
  • Large (50x30x45cm) – rental fee €9/day

Lockers can be booked online throughout on this page. You can also rent a locker on site (subject to availability).

You can always access your belongings during the opening hours of the Festivalpark. All lockers must be emptied by 30 minutes after the closure of the Festivalpark.

For more information on lockers, please reach out to eventreservations@mobilelocker.eu.

In the Festivalpark, hundreds of vacuum toilets – with porcelain bowls – and urinals are available at the various sanitary facilities. The toilets are free to use. Urinating against fences or stands is not nice. Don’t do that.

The health and safety of concertgoers, artists and crew, workers and locals is always our greatest priority. Our motto is Feel Good, Rock Werchter. Enjoy, party, dance and sing as hard and as much as you like but please do it safely and sensibly.

The Red Cross are ready to deal with problems large or small in the Festivalpark! The First Aid posts are clearly signposted. The Leuven MUG team is also present.

We want our festivals and concerts to be a safe place where everyone feels welcome and comfortable. A place where no one is exposed to discrimination, criticism or intimidation. Everyone must be able to be themselves. Everyone is welcome in the Festivalpark regardless of sex, gender, orientation, culture, religion, ethnicity or disability. We are committed to making attendance at our festivals and concerts healthy and safe for everyone.

Our employees have been briefed so that they are even more alert and can respond appropriately where required. We are assisted by specialists in various areas, and concertgoers can speak to someone in confidence if they wish. The We Care A Lot hotline is staffed 24/7 during the concert. Send a WhatsApp message to +32 478 51 15 79 for direct access to rapid help.

On the street, at the entrance and inside the Festivalpark, LED screens continuously display practical information. Keep an eye on these screens to stay up to date with important announcements.

For years we have paid particular attention the ears of everyone at the Festivalpark. We are aware of the risks of ear damage caused by excessively loud music or listening for too long. Thanks to the best systems, the sound coming from the speakers is not only at an acceptable level, it is also of excellent quality.

The legal standards which have applied since 1 January 2013 have been applied in Werchter since 2011. The maximum volume level is set at an average 100 dB(A) over 60 minutes, measured at the mixing board. These standards are strictly observed. The law also states that earplugs must be made available to visitors. We have been doing this for years in Werchter. Earplugs are available at our info stand.

Structures are erected around the stage to increase the comfort and safety of festivalgoers. The safety passages consist of a solid structure of freestanding barriers that permit security and First Aid staff to get deep into the audience in order to carry out any evacuations or interventions that are needed. The barriers also absorb some of the forwards and sideways pressure of the audience.  A solid floor is laid in front of the Main Stage. Large video screens adorn the two sides of the stage so that those standing further away can still enjoy what happens on stage. As is the case at every festival or concert in Europe, crowdsurfing is prohibited at Werchter. A festival with no crowdsurfing is a lot more enjoyable and safer for everyone.

Our info stand workers are ready to assist you. There is an info point in the Festivalpark and another outside the festival site, on the bridge in Werchter.

Tickets

A waiting list has been opened for people who didn't get a ticket yet. If tickets become available again, you will be notified according to the first come, first served principle.

Don't blindly order your tickets through the first website that pops up on your search engine. Chances are you are visiting an auctioning website or a ticket reseller. Not only will tickets offered through these websites be more expensive; you also risk being denied access to the concert. Have you bought a ticket through one of these websites? First of all, try getting in touch with this website. Sometimes, you'll be refunded the price difference. If not, consider legal action in civil court. Always report the resale to the Economic Inspectorate via meldpunt.belgie.be.

There are 3 different types of tickets; General Admission, Front Circle and Pods.

Plattegrond HS

If you are in possession of a ticket type 'Pods' you will have access to only one of the three front zones; Bishopsgate, Jonny's Place or Hollywood. At the time of purchase you will have to choose one of these zones, these cannot be changed afterwards.

To prevent illegal resale and fraud, your tickets will only be available in the Ticketmaster App (or in your account) a few days before the show.

Does the name on your ticket not match with your own name? Don’t worry too much about this! If the ticket was purchased via the official channels, it’s valid.

However, don’t buy your tickets via auction websites or second hand ticket websites. Tickets that are offered for an exuberant amount of money, will be blacklisted and made invalid, which means they don’t grant you access to the concert.

The employees of our ticketing partner, Ticketmaster are at your service online. You can find answers to the most common ticket-related questions at the Ticketmaster FAQ.

Visitors who wish to sell their tickets for any reason can offer them for resale on Ticketmaster Resale, a safe and official resale channel. You can find more details about how to offer your tickets for resale here.

Are you looking for a ticket? You can check whether any tickets are currently listed on Resale via this link. Availability may change. Please check the page regularly for updates.

Cashless

In the Festivalpark you can pay safely and efficiently using digital Coins. At the entrance to the festival you’ll receive an empty payment card. You can load Coins onto this to use for payment in the Festivalpark. Each Coin costs 3.50 euros. There are a number of ways to load Coins onto your card.

  • At the top-up booths: go to any of the booths and state how many Coins you want to load. After you have paid, the Coins are loaded onto the card. You can pay at the booths with any bank card or the current payment apps.
  • QR code: the card has a QR code. Scan this with your smartphone, follow the instructions and buy Coins within a few clicks.

Once your Coins are on your card, paying at the bars and food stands is a piece of cake. You settle up by swiping your card on a reader.

Yes, you can request a refund from Thursday 29 June 2023 at 11 am until Thursday 13 July 2023 at 11.59 pm using this refund form. After this period has elapsed, no refunds will be processed. Refunds are issued within a month of request. An administrative fee of 1 Coin is charged for refunds. You must register in order to request a refund.

It’s easy to check your Coins balance at the bars, food stands and at the booths. Have you bought your Coins using a QR code and are therefore a registered user? Then you can also use the QR code to view your Coins balance as well as a summary of your orders.

Have you registered as a user by loading Coins onto your card using the QR code? The helpdesk staff can block the card of a registered user. After a check of your ID and ticket, your 'lost' Coins can be loaded onto a new card.

Have you bought Coins at the ‘Kassa’ booth and are not a registered user? Then both your card and the Coins on it are lost and we can unfortunately not transfer your balance.

Are you having problems, with topping up for example? Then we are happy to help at any of our cashless help desks in the Festivalpark. The team is also available during the festival via cashless@livenation.be #atyourservice

In the Festivalpark, you can use the Coins on your card to pay at every bar and food stand. Coins cannot be used to pay at the merchandise stands or the various stands on the street outside the Festivalpark.

If you have loaded Coins onto your card by scanning the QR code, you are not yet registered as a user. After registrating through this link, your card/bracelet is linked to your person. If you have topped up Coins at one of the 'Kassa' booths, you can also still register through this link.

As a registered user, you are protected against the loss of your card (and thus your Coins). After a check of your ID and ticket, your 'lost' Coins can be loaded onto a new card.

Yes. A few additional tips:

  • Don't share any pictures of your QR code on social media.
  • Register through this link or the Rock Werchter app. As a registered user, you are protected against the loss of your card (and thus your Coins). After a check of your ID and ticket, your 'lost' Coins can be loaded onto a new card.

The cashless card is linked to a specific festival or concert and, as such, cannot be used at other festivals or concerts taking place in the Festivalpark. Neither can Coins be transferred over to the next year. You can request a refund of any unspent Coins.
